I managed the social media profile, including posting updates, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics. I also created content organically with the stores employees. I also negotiated partnerships and contracts with influencers aligned with the brand values and target audience.

I worked closely with cross-functional teams, including store managers and design consultants, to identify opportunities to support the stores and drive revenue as the business evolved. I proactively identified ‘PR-worthy’ opportunities, events, collaborations, and programming to generate positive coverage in high-quality, top-tier media outlets in relevant categories.

I planned and executed the Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony and Grand Opening Party for BoConcept Mizner Park, procuring sponsors, media coverage, and promotion.
