Letters From Miami — Issue 1: Dogma Grill
The first issue of Letters From Miami is dedicated to Dogma Grill, a casual fast food spot in my neighborhood that I’ve always loved.
Not because it’s trendy, but because it isn’t.
Dogma was dog-friendly before that became the norm, and it remains one of the few places in the area that still feels relaxed, unpretentious, and reasonably priced. In a city that often leans toward excess, this place feels grounded.
This issue is a small attempt to capture that side of Miami, the one that doesn’t try too hard.
Hand-drawn and colored with pencils and acrylic paint on mixed media paper.
Copied and assembled by Life in Colors.
3.6x5.5 inches, 12 pages.
This zine includes a central poster and a coloring page.
