Nice meeting you!

Colombian at heart and married to the United States, Milena Brown brings together two worlds: the emotional depth of Latin American storytelling and the refined sensibility shaped by more than twenty years working in luxury marketing.

Since her early twenties, she has developed brand narratives and creative strategies for hotels, spas, high-end furniture brands, art galleries, and leading plastic surgeons, always guided by her instinct for beauty, authenticity, and human connection.

Alongside her professional path, Milena has maintained a lifelong practice of autobiographical writing. From intimate diaries to lyrical short novels, her work moves between realism and imagination, capturing the raw textures of daily life. She published her first short story, El limón llorón, in 1992, and her novella Mi esposo tiene otra in 1997, both released when she was just twelve years old.

Her latest book, The Last Margaret Keane, is her first publication as an adult and the beginning of a larger series. Written as a monologue, it compiles the diaries of her first year in the United States, an exploration of loneliness, reinvention, and the quiet power of starting over.

Milena holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, with studies in Literature from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina, and La Salle University in Colombia. Her work continues to weave together her two vocations: crafting stories that reveal the inner world, and shaping brands that communicate with clarity and soul.
